Save A quick flavorful wrap inspired by the classic Caesar salad featuring juicy chicken crisp lettuce parmesan and creamy Caesar dressing all neatly folded for easy eating.
I first made these wraps on a busy weeknight when I wanted classic Caesar flavor but needed something practical for on-the-go eating. The folding technique keeps all the tasty layers together and delivers crunch in every bite.
Ingredients
- For the Chicken: 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast (about 200 g) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - For the Wraps: 2 large flour tortillas (about 25 cm each) 2 cups romaine lettuce washed and chopped 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved (optional) 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 4 tablespoons Caesar dressing 1/2 cup croutons roughly crushed freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken:
 - Pat chicken breast dry. Rub with olive oil garlic powder salt and black pepper.
 - Cook the chicken:
 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp 74°C/165°F). Rest 5 minutes then slice thinly.
 - Prepare the tortillas:
 - Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds to make them pliable.
 - Assemble the wrap:
 - Place each tortilla flat. Using a knife make a single cut from the center out to the edge. In one quarter layer half the romaine and tomatoes. In the next quarter place sliced chicken. In the next sprinkle parmesan and croutons. In the last drizzle Caesar dressing and a little black pepper.
 - Fold the wrap:
 - Starting at the cut fold each quarter over the next to form a layered triangular wrap.
 - (Optional) Grill:
 - Place folded wraps seam-side down in a dry pan over medium heat for 2 minutes per side until lightly crisped.
 - Serve:
 - Serve immediately.

Save My kids always request this wrap for picnics and it’s a fun way to sneak in some extra veggies with the crisp romaine. The interactive folding is great for getting little helpers involved in dinner prep.
