A vibrant and beautiful brunch board inspired by the jam girl summer aesthetic, this medley of jams, cheeses, fresh fruits, and artisan breads is perfect for a sweet and savory gathering.

I first put together this brunch board for a weekend family brunch and everyone loved choosing their favorite jam and cheese combinations. The wide selection makes it fun for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • Jams & Spreads: 1/2 cup strawberry jam, 1/2 cup apricot preserves, 1/2 cup blueberry jam, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup whipped butter
  • Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) brie, sliced, 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar, sliced, 120 g (4 oz) fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • Breads & Crackers: 1 small baguette, sliced, 1/2 loaf sourdough, sliced, 1 sleeve multigrain crackers
  • Fruits: 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup seedless grapes, 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • Nuts & Extras: 1/2 cup roasted almonds, 1/4 cup dried apricots, fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the spreads:
Arrange the jams and honey in small serving bowls: place them evenly around a large wooden board or platter.
Add butter:
Add whipped butter to a small bowl and place on the board.
Arrange cheeses:
Neatly arrange the cheeses in separate sections on the board.
Layer breads and crackers:
