I first made this cloud bread for a colorful brunch and everyone loved how light and fun it was!

Ingredients

  • Egg Mixture: 3 large eggs separated 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar (optional for stability) 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Color Additions: Red yellow blue and green gel food coloring (or desired colors)

Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2:
