# Directions:
01 - Set the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually incorporate sugar, continue beating until stiff, glossy peaks develop.
03 - Whisk egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl until smooth.
04 - Fold the yolk mixture carefully into the whipped egg whites to maintain volume.
05 - Divide batter evenly into separate bowls. Add gel food coloring drops to each and fold gently to blend colors.
06 - Spoon colorful batters side by side onto the prepared baking sheet to form a rainbow pattern. Optionally swirl with a spatula for a marbled effect.
07 - Bake for 25 minutes or until the bread is set and slightly golden on top.
08 - Let cool briefly before removing from baking sheet. Serve immediately for optimal fluffiness.
