→ Chipotle Mayo
01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
02 - 1 to 2 teaspoons finely minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

06 - 8 slices thick-cut bacon
07 - 4 large 10-inch flour tortillas
08 - 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
09 - 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
10 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
11 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Combine mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Adjust chipotle to preferred heat level and set aside.
02 - Cook bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
03 - Heat tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until flexible.
04 - Spread 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayo evenly over each tortilla.
05 - Layer shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and avocado (if using) down the center of each tortilla.
