06 - 1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and finely diced (optional)

08 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend softened butter, light brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract together until fully incorporated. Fold in diced apple if using.
03 - Lay flour tortillas flat and spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over each one, leaving a 1/2-inch border uncovered.
04 - Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Brush wraps with melted butter. Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the tops.
06 - Bake in preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, until wraps are golden brown and edges crisp.
07 - Remove from oven and allow wraps to cool briefly before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
