Savory mini sausages baked in dough and coated with bagel seasoning. Great for gatherings and easy snacking.

# Components:

→ Dough & Sausages

01 - 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
02 - 24 cocktail sausages (mini hot dogs)

→ Topping

03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1 tablespoon water
05 - 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles to yield 24 pieces.
03 - Place a cocktail sausage at the widest end of each dough triangle and roll up tightly.
04 - Position wrapped sausages seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and 1 tablespoon water until smooth.
06 - Using a pastry brush, coat the tops of the dough-wrapped sausages with egg wash. Sprinkle each evenly with everything bagel seasoning.
07 - Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until pastries are golden brown and puffed.
08 - Allow to cool slightly before serving. Accompany with mustard, ketchup, or aioli if desired.
