- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, light brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the caramel sauce gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the banana bread cool completely in the pan, then slice into 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick pieces.
- Place banana bread slices in the center of a large serving board or platter. Surround with strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, banana slices, apple slices, grapes, mini pretzels, and chocolate-covered almonds.
- Position cream cheese, chocolate-hazelnut spread, peanut or almond butter, and caramel sauce in small bowls around the board. Drizzle extra caramel sauce over banana bread if desired.
- Present the board immediately for sharing.
