09 - 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
10 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water
11 - 1 clove garlic, minced

→ Wraps and Fillings

13 - 4 large flour tortillas (25 cm / 10 inch)
14 - 1 cup shredded lettuce (60 g)
15 - 1 small carrot, julienned
16 - 1/2 small cucumber, thinly sliced
17 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
18 - Fresh cilantro or basil leaves (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
02 - In the same skillet, add chopped cherries, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
