02 - 1 inch fresh ginger, sliced
03 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

04 - 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
05 - 1 cup bok choy, chopped

06 - 8 wonton wrappers, cut into strips
# Directions:
01 - In a pot, bring the chicken broth and sliced ginger to a rolling boil.
02 - Introduce the shredded chicken and chopped bok choy to the simmering broth. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.
03 - Add the wonton wrapper strips to the pot and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until tender.
04 - Stir in the soy sauce. Optional: remove ginger slices before serving. Serve immediately.
