# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken breast, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and chives until thoroughly incorporated.
03 - Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces; cut each biscuit into 3 equal portions to create 24 pieces. Flatten each portion into a 2-inch wide disk.
04 - Spoon a heaping teaspoon of chicken mixture onto the center of each dough disk. Fold edges over the filling and pinch to seal thoroughly, forming a ball.
05 - Place each filled popper seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly.
06 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder. Brush each popper generously with the garlic butter mixture.
07 - Transfer baking sheet to oven and bake for 16–18 minutes, or until poppers are golden brown.
