# Directions:

01 - Slice mini bagels in half horizontally and arrange cut-side up on a large serving platter, forming five interlocking Olympic rings.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Distribute the cream cheese mixture evenly into five small bowls and incorporate each respective topping: black olives, yellow bell pepper, dill or chives, tomatoes or roasted red peppers, and purple cabbage or blue food coloring, mixing thoroughly.
04 - Spread each colored cream cheese mixture generously onto two bagel halves, matching the Olympic ring colors.
05 - Place decorated bagels on the platter, overlapping slightly to replicate the Olympic rings formation.
