01 - 1 1/2 cups (12 fl oz) full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese
02 - 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) plain unsweetened Greek yogurt

03 - 1/3 cup (1.23 oz) unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 1/4 cup (1.41 oz) dark chocolate chips, melted (optional)
→ Sweetener & Flavor
05 - 3 tablespoons (1.5 fl oz) honey or maple syrup, to taste
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of sea salt

08 - Fresh berries
09 - Shaved dark chocolate

# Directions:
01 - Place cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt into a food processor or high-speed blender.
02 - Process until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
03 - If using, add melted dark chocolate and blend again until fully combined.
04 - Taste the mixture and add more sweetener if desired, blending briefly to combine.
05 - Spoon the mousse into serving cups or bowls and smooth the surface with a spatula.
06 - Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the mousse to firm up.
07 - Before serving, top with fresh berries, shaved chocolate, or chopped nuts as desired.
