- On a serving plate, position four cucumber slices in a cloverleaf pattern with edges slightly overlapping.
- Place a cheddar cheese round atop each cucumber slice to form the leaves.
- Set a halved grape or cherry tomato in the center where the four leaves meet.
- Position a celery stick or pretzel rod as the stem, tucking one end slightly beneath the leaves.
- Apply a small amount of cream cheese or hummus as adhesive to keep pieces in place if necessary.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped herbs over the clover snack to enhance flavor and presentation.
- Repeat all steps to create each of the four clover snacks.
