# Directions:

02 - Add diced onion, minced garlic, carrot, red bell pepper, and jalapeños. Sauté for 5 to 6 minutes until vegetables soften and release their aroma.
03 - Stir in tomato paste, oregano, basil, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute to toast the spices.
04 - Pour in crushed tomatoes and broth. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook uncovered for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
05 - Add broken lasagne noodles to the soup and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente.
06 - Combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, and finely diced jalapeño in a mixing bowl. Stir until evenly blended.
