04 - Bake meatballs for 18 to 20 minutes until golden and thoroughly cooked.
05 - In a saucepan set over medium heat, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes. Bring to a simmer.
06 - If preferred, stir in cornstarch slurry and cook, whisking constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes.
07 - Add baked meatballs to the sauce, gently toss to coat, and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until heated throughout.
08 - Transfer glazed meatballs to a serving dish, garnish with extra parsley if desired, and serve warm with toothpicks.
