# Directions:

01 - Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Cut bell peppers into rings or strips. Slice cucumber. Separate broccoli into small florets.
02 - On a large round platter, create a circular wreath shape by alternating bell pepper rings, broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices. Add olives for color and scatter fresh parsley or rosemary sprigs around for a festive look.
03 - In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
