08 - 4 flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss thoroughly with tongs to ensure even coating. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust dressing quantity if desired. Set aside.
02 - Heat the flour tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until soft and pliable. Alternatively, microwave tortillas between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warm under a kitchen towel.
03 - Place the warmed tortillas on a clean work surface. Evenly divide the salad filling among them, placing it centrally on each tortilla.
04 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if necessary to maintain shape.
