I put together this charcuterie board for our annual winter party, and guests were thrilled by the gingerbread dip's unexpected flavor that added a cozy, seasonal touch to a classic appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Prosciutto: 100 g
  • Salami: 100 g
  • Smoked ham: 100 g
  • Aged cheddar: 150 g, cubed
  • Brie: 120 g, sliced
  • Gouda: 120 g, sliced
  • Red grapes: 1 small bunch
  • Green grapes: 1 small bunch
  • Apple: 1, sliced
  • Pear: 1, sliced
  • Dried apricots: 60 g
  • Dried figs: 60 g, halved
  • Mixed nuts: 50 g (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • Assorted crackers: 120 g
  • Breadsticks: 80 g
  • Cream cheese: 200 g, softened
  • Unsalted butter: 2 tbsp, softened
  • Powdered sugar: 60 g
  • Molasses: 2 tbsp
  • Ground ginger: 1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • Ground nutmeg: 1/2 tsp
  • Ground cloves: 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt: Pinch

Instructions

Prepare the gingerbread dip:
