01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
03 - Place an apple wedge and caramel candy at the wide end of each triangle. Roll up, enclosing the filling, and arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
04 - Brush the crescent bites with melted butter. Stir brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl; sprinkle evenly over the tops.
05 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown and the caramel is bubbling.
06 - Let cool slightly before serving, as the caramel will be very hot.
