# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and melted butter until chicken is evenly coated.
03 - Place flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet and evenly sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over each base.
04 - Distribute the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over each flatbread. Top with remaining mozzarella, blue cheese crumbles, red onion, and celery.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese melts, bubbles, and flatbread edges turn golden.
06 - Remove from oven; garnish with chopped chives or green onions. Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing if desired.
07 - Slice and serve warm.
