# Components:

→ Bread & Fillings

01 - 4 slices soft sandwich bread
02 - 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
03 - 4 tablespoons fruit jelly or jam, such as strawberry, grape, or raspberry

→ For Air-Frying

04 - 2 teaspoons unsalted butter, softened, or nonstick spray

# Directions:

01 - Arrange bread slices evenly on a clean cutting board.
02 - Distribute 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter on two slices of bread, ensuring complete coverage to the edges.
03 - Apply 2 tablespoons of fruit jelly or jam to the remaining two slices, spreading evenly.
04 - Place a jelly-covered slice atop a peanut butter-covered slice, pressing gently to seal. Repeat for the second sandwich.
05 - Lightly butter the exterior sides of each sandwich or apply nonstick spray for a crisp finish.
06 - Activate the air fryer and preheat to 370°F for 2 minutes.
07 - Arrange sandwiches in a single layer within the air fryer basket. Cook for 3 minutes, then carefully flip and continue for an additional 3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
08 - Remove sandwiches from the air fryer and allow to cool briefly for 1–2 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
